I tend to think Bush surrounds himself with incompetent toadies (all previous lawyers of his, apparently) who will do his bidding with no questions asked.

That's true. He just doesn't seem smart enough to be that nefarious. More like he was doing what he was told. I won't miss him.
And I think if I had to wake up with the image of not being able to fondle Kate Hudson's bottom anymore, I'd probably commit suicide as well.
