I had to laugh at Bush during Obama's inauguration speech. Every time the camera cut to him, he looked as if he might be mumbling "Yeah, yeah" under his breath.
It's been a long time since someone was more poised for disappointment than Obama. Have to keep reminding myself that, in light of the last 8 years, it could be a helluva lot worse.

Ha ha. Our long national nightmare is over. Now comes our long national hangover.
We had a noontime toast to both the incoming and a hallelujah for the outgoing. Words are inspiring. How will they translate into action?
