"AIDS is not just God's punishment for homosexuals; it is God's punishment for the society that tolerates homosexuals."
Hey, speaking of God, there's an eye-opening article in last week's Newseek about army chaplains losing their faith in the face of soul-crushing hopelessness in Iraq.
The article makes an interesting point that every army assumes God is on their side. Hell, even the Nazi's had "Gott Mit Uns" inscribed on their belt buckles.
Makes you think ...
The more I read, the more depressed I became for these poor bastards who have to believe that God wants them to win and will protect them. People start losing their shit when it doesn't make sense anymore ...
Sorry for the rant, but the article is still with me a day later.
Now who will McCain deride then realize he has to suck up to?
Jay, I think faith is still managing to believe when shit doesn't make sense anymore and you're getting tossed about. Or at least that's what they tell me. It's bothersome that they would lose their faith in God before their faith in their president and his fucked up war.

Now who do we follow?
Larry Flynt.
Aw, man. I was gonna say Pat Robertson ...
I always get those two mixed up.

Very true.
Getting back on topic, leave it to The Onion.
