Joe pointed me to a couple of the coolest Replacements interviews I've read all day. Paul and Tommy mostly reflect on the reissues and talk about reunion prospects.

I read these yesterday and was going to post them myself. Thanks for saving me the time! I love how they asked basically the same questions and how some of the answers are very similar, but others are very different. Chris Mars is the one I want to hear from.
Yeah, I don't think he's coming back. It's very telling that Mars wouldn't even play drums in the studio when they got back together. Glad they seem to be on good terms, though.
I read something where Mars said something along the lines of "I hope they do it, and I wish them the best. No, I really do..." He is just completely not interested. Along those lines, does anyone have either of those solo albums handy? Jay?
Nope. Let me check around ...
If you're referring to Mars' solo albums, I have three: Horshoes and Handgrenades, Anonymous Bosch and one more. I hated 75% less fat so I don't have that one. I can Flatten the Putz in a day or two.
Yes, I was referring to those. And did anyone see mention that Tommy was working on more solo stuff? I have LOVED everything he's done since the break-up.
I picked up the reissue/remaster of Sorry Ma today. The bonus tracks don't add much, in all honesty, but it all sounds good.
