This was a terrible thing to do to a child, but you've got to hand it to those Japanese and their TV shows! Anything for a laugh! Thrill to the hilarious antics that ensue when someone dresses their child as a seal and puts them in front of the polar bear exhibit! God bless America, and God bless Japan!
