Ordinance 314: DON'T MESS WITH MY JUNKET.
Should bastard in the first part travel to debaucherous locale more than once per quarter for purposes of -
(a) imbibery or crunkery; or (b) activities unrelated to the discharge of professional duties
- then bastard in the first part procures passage and accommodations for all other bastards in good standing, for a minimum of 72 hours, in said debaucherous locale.
