By the way, I foreswore the power of the Heartless Bastards CD. Not bad. Also, in a refreshing turnabout from my usual habit of noticing two days after the fact that a band I like playd in town, I noticed with days to spare that two bastions of Catchy Friday, Ida Maria and Glasvegas are playing tomorrow night at the Black Cat. I may not be able to take all that catchiness.
