This video is made entirely from Tiltshift photography, which is not so much a technique as a detailed Photoshop manipulation. As near as I can tell, the videos are time-lapse photography manipulated in Photoshop, then stitched together.

I wonder how many photos that was. I guess in a sense, all movies are time-lapse photography. Still, that's pretty amazing to throw together with a camera and photoshop.
