I get most of my news online, so I just don't know the guy that well. Certainly seemed like a good sort. A very sad loss for those around him.
A Russert grilling was a grilling of a special kind. I loved that everyone knew he was a Democrat, but you'd never KNOW he was a Democrat from watching him on his show. Fair and balanced, this time for real.
