The other night, I saw someone on TV talking about giving up soft drinks to lose weight. Intrigued (it doesn't take much), I did the math. One Coke a day for a month is 3,720 calories. Keep in mind that 3,500 calories adds up to one pound. Holy cellulite, Batman!
Over a year, a person could lose almost 13 pounds, just for giving up the White Man's sugar water. Where do I sign?

Yeah, but if you spend only 1.23 hrs a month walking your dog, you will have burned off those calories in a year (based on the industry-accepted standard of 252 calories per hour dog walking). Besides, since I've taken to drinking beer during the day, I never have the slightest urge for a Coke.
I don't have a dog.
I'm with Joe on this one, and I think we need to create a scientifically proven diet plan that integrates the drinking of beer from about 10 am - 10 pm. The vomiting alone should account for a few pounds.
And what would your scientifically proven diet plan of all beer all day be called?
If this thing flies, I want a cut!
