I think he appeals to me because he is just so obviously intelligent. After the last 6 years, I want someone of profound intelligence in the office, even if they are inexperienced. I don't like anyone better at this point. I'm no Hillary-hater, but she's got baggage and is a political animal. Obama is obviously a politiician, but he only plays one on TV. This guy is first and foremost a thinker, plus he's got a buff bod. If McCain wasn't so wrong on the war, I'd listen to him. In the past he has always been bi-partisan minded and reasonable. But his support of Bush on the war plans made me say no way Jose'.

He's young, intelligent, and charismatic. And black, which could REALLY get out the black Democrat vote like never before ...
