Lou was a treasure. I saw him on his New York tour. My friends and I made a bong out of an apple. Moe Tucker opened.

I saw Lou from second row, center at Amnesty 06/04/86 (International Dave Day). Set included "I Love You Suzanne" and "Walk On The Wild Side".Supporting acts included Peter Gabriel, Bryan Adams, Sting and U2.
Never saw Lou live. He seemed like a real dick, but a really super cool dick. Transformer is definitely a top 30 album for me. I played Perfect Day on acoustic guitar all day today at school. I think a counselor might have been called at some point.
