Make your own haggis!



The winter months are the ideal time to delve into Scottish cuisine. The Guardian, glossy packager of Brit culture disguised as a news site, provides a mouth-watering look at preparing haggis. "If you cut into the haggis while it's still piping hot, the casing will retract and the stuffing will ooze out appealingly."
