I ran a 10K in the hot hot heat. An invitation was extended to El Jay - who was slumming it in Nashville - but he had forgotten to bring his running skirt, and begged off.
I got drunk at the beach and watched my beloved Seminoles begin a new era last night. I borrowed a skimboard from a friend and realized that I had not used certain muscles in my legs (the ones you use to sprint, evidently) in a long long time.
Eric, you're madman.Joe, Winston is going to be fun to watch for years. Seminoles are going to kick up some dust this year, without a doubt.
