Four pounds to go, ladies. I attended a surprise party last weekend that I forgot about in my last post and still managed to lose some weight after eating like Mr. Creosote. This weekend, no social engagements, so hopefully I'll lose more. I see the light at the end of the tunnel. The part I always struggle with is maintaining when I reach a goal.

169.8 = gain of 1.2 lbs
overall down 5 lbs since beginning
miles run = not berry many
baby sleep pattern seems to dictate my exercise schedule .. or possibly i use that as an excuse to get my wuss on.
