Total weight lost so far, 5 pounds.
My first weigh in was a baseline and not really the first week, so I've adjusted weeks accordingly. I don't feel like I've really sacrificed by reducing my intake of the bad stuff. If anything, it makes me appreciate it more when I do partake.
