Thank God for them TRONS. Gotta get me some isomorph. Dave's fantasy team sucks balls. [note: has nothing to do with Tron, technically, but I just wanted to say that]. The moviefilm had enough atmosphere to keep me occupied with cool eye candy, whatever else was going on. I'm a sucker for the modern age of cinematography that began with Bladerunner... loved Dark City, etc. I dug the bikes, the grid, the outer-grid and even the young guy's apartment in this one. I think I probably went in with just the right type of expectations - i.e. was not hoping for Mamet/Tarantino-level dialogue or cathartic epiphany - just wanted something Tronny and I got it.

I can't wait to see this.
It's TWON (3D) for me tonight. Hopefully Grit to follow soon.
We saw it too. Did you know that the girl has never acted before?
I saw The Fighter. Fantastic. Christian Bale = Oscar Bait. Throw one in for Melissa Leo as the White Trashiest White Trash performance of All Time.
Lots of grownup movies I need to see ...
Eric, what did you think of TRON?

Glad to hear it. I was very pleasantly surprised, too.
Blade Runner is one of my all-time favorite movies, by the way. I probably watch it once a year, at least.
The local arty theater here will get Bladerunner up on the big screen every so often.. much to my pleasure.
Jay, you like Blade Runner? Huh. Never knew.
