Harp Magazine has a damn fine online interview with Tom Waits from their December issue. (In fact, he's the cover boy.) Waits mostly talks about the various phases of his career.
I fucking love Tom Waits and have for many moons. The show at the Ryman was a highlight of the year for me. I didn't get Orphans for Christmas, so I'm giving it to myself!

I haven't lissened to it yet. I'm hoping it will be a Xmas present. Wouldn't want to spoil it.
