Great job Jay. I am proud to say I have reversed course and dropped a little over 3 pounds this week and am weighing in at 180.7. Just some Wii workouts and making sure I am on my feet at school all day.

First week of new treadmill = hells yea. Turns out to be great for DVD-watchin' -- ripping through Season I of Sopranos... makes me look forward to the workouts.
I'm exactly where I was at original weigh-in, 239. I was really expecting my unchanged behavior to yield a different result. I guess there's nothing for it now but to alter my behavior. I hate that it's come to this.
178. Laid off the beer and sausage biscuits, but made up for it in trying out new slow cooker recipes and abstaining from any form of exercise that might make me sweat or raise my pulse rate.
