I don't think that's actually Kim Deal. Besides, having seen them recently, she still has the talent, but wouldn't be necessarily considered "talent," if you know what I mean.
Eric, you took my favorites - Chan Marshall and Erika Wennerstrom. I might also add Jenny Lewis (Rilo Kiley), Beth Orton, Joanna Newsome, Tift Merritt, and Karen O. Kim Gordon was kind of cute back in the day. And I don't know if she counts, but Charlotte Gainsbourg makes ice cream melt.
Zooey Deschanel might be a consideration, but the first person that says Juliette Lewis gets a ballpunch.
