Dear Joe

Dear Joe,

Remember when we were all young and energetic when this blog was conceived by Jay? Remember how we conspired to change the world? How we were going to tell the people what was up, and what was real? Remember our optimism and 'can do' attitude? Jay was like Jesus to me. And now?

Joe, I understand your frustration with this 'blog'. Maybe its time to bring in some new blood. Maybe it is time to pitch the whole thing into a big barrel of nuclear sludge and bury it under New Jersey. We need our leader. We need inspiration. We need the return of.......

......... Jay. When Jay is back, things will get much, much better, and we won't be stuck with a picture of Bryan Adams as our last post ever.

With love,
Dave

We were always just sinners in the hands of an ulcered god as far as Jay was concerned. Our folly was holding out hope that he would always take the time to let us know what was 'up' in his world, and that he might in turn care what was 'up' in ours. We were fools, Dave. Fools!

And had I known you, Dave, would not post a review of the Tom Waits Ryman show, I would not have disgraced this page with the Grouver from Vancoover.
