Wow, that sales rank is a lot higher than I thought it would be. I wish I could say there was more to listing stuff on Amazon than simply sending it to them, but there isn't. Jealousy unwarranted.

No, unfortunately. That was his only stipulation. Mike McCarthy is so fucking cool, though, he did it for free. One of the first questions Bubba asked when he joined the band was how we got JMM to do the cover. "Umm ... we asked him?" If I had the original art it would be over my fireplace.
And to answer your question Dave, Kram has gotten his shit together and manages a restaurant. It was pretty touch-and-go for awhile, though.
