You have to be a badass to live here. It's basically a license to kill state. There is suspicion that our gratuitous draining of the water table is to blame for the rise in killer sinkholes. Hurricanes are an excuse to get drunk with slightly elevated chances of devastating circumstances. Oh, and did I mention that we had Great Whites tracking off the spots where I surf?
