Yeah, me too.At first I thought "cool, maybe a trippy sensibility like Pan's Labyrinth but with robots & demons"..but the trailer's Bruckheimery style makes me leery.Jay you better put on your Xmas robot suit and test drive this one for us.
Reminds me of an updated Godzilla with a healthy serving of Voltron. If anyone can pull it off it's Del Toro, but... I don't know.
