St. Louis is hosting a week-long celebration of Vincent Price, including film screenings. About Tim Burton's "Vincent", Price praised it "the most gratifying thing that ever happened. It was immortality – better than a star on Hollywood Boulevard". Lurker, are you watching?

I love the idea of the Vincentennial! And Vincent is a terrific animated short, if you've never seen it. I love that it really touched the venerable Vincent, the film's narrator.
