Like in NOLA, it seems like it's the poorest areas hit hardest. My digs are high and dry, but it should be noted that when the levee breaks, I'll have no place to stay.
Should the dikes be breached, might I suggest Dave's as a good place to ride out the deluge? It's new, it's got coyote urine (don't ask) and probably good beer. Also parties with phallic entendre, everything you want.
