Shit, I don't know anything, I come here to find out what the what.
My list is "If I've never heard of it, it's new to me". Including things others have known about for 5-10 years but I just encountered.
The same, minus Screaming Females, Sigur Ros and GBV, add The Woods - Bend Beyond, Shearwater - Animal Joy, Craig Finn - Clear Heart, and Cloud Nothings - Attack on Memory. Maybe Celebration Rock by Japandroids [he said shamefully].
And by Eric's rules, I should be able to add Bottomless Pit, because I discovered them this year and fell in love.
I've never heard of any of the bands any of you are talking about.
