Shit

Dave's sheriff, Andy Griffith has gone to be with Aunt Bee and Floyd the Barber.  If you get a chance, watch Kazan's A Face In The Crowd, where he is a decidedly less wholesome character.  Part of the story takes place in Memphis.  Need I say more?

    I went through a period when I watched all of Kazan's work and this was one of my favorites.
