That's from And Now For Something Completely Different, a movie that was supposed to introduce Monty Python to the States. It bombed when it was released in 1971, but has become something of a cult classic.
"Shooting the rabbit" is what always gets me doubling over.
For me, it's "Kick the Beggar" and "Wake the Neighbor."
